    原来豆浆也不宜多喝-谨防尿酸高

    食物中嘌呤含量指标

    轻微嘌呤含量(每100
    克含0-25
    克嘌呤)

    牛奶、芝士、乳酪、鸡蛋、大部分蔬菜、水果、米、面、面包、脂肪、油、茶、咖啡等。

    中等嘌呤含量(每100
    克含25-100
    克嘌呤)

    瘦肉、猪肉、羊肉、家禽、鱼、虾、龙虾、豆腐、豆奶、菠菜、绿豆、花椰菜、芦笋、蘑菇、紫菜等。
     

    *
    高度嘌呤含量(每100
    克含150-1000
    克嘌呤)

    鹅肉、动物内脏(肝、肾、肠、心和脑)、鳗鱼、鲱、鱼卵、鱼皮、虾米、海味、贝类如扇贝、蚝等、发酵粉等。
     
     
    高嘌呤 可能导致 高尿酸 可能导致 中风
     
    总之,为了避免尿酸过高进而中风:
    1。少喝啤酒
    2。少吃虾、蟹
    3。少喝豆浆
    4。不吃内脏、鱼皮鱼卵
    5。不吃扇贝、生蚝
     
    都以为豆浆是好东西,但是其实也不宜多喝的。
